Lawn Care Technician

Turfgator LLC, is a locally owned and operated company located out of Lebanon, IL. We are seeking full-time lawn care technicians. Primary duties include performing fertilizer and weed control applications to residential and commercial grade lawns, estimates and/or evaluations along with other general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will need to have a genuine appreciation for a beautiful lawn, excellent people skills, self-motivation and be able to work in all weather conditions. Candidate will also need to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be able to sustain walking for a lengthy period. Experience is a plus but not required. We are offering a $500.00 sign-on bonus as well as competitive salaries, paid vacation, paid holidays, weekly bonus and health insurance.

Pest Control Specialist

The Pest Guys LLC is a locally owned and operated company located out of Lebanon, IL. We are seeking full-time pest control specialists. Primary duties include meeting with customers to perform routine pest control to residential and commercial properties, estimates, evaluations, as well as problem solving. The ideal candidate will need to have a knowledge of different types of pests, excellent people skills, be self-motivated, and able to work in all weather conditions. Candidates will also need to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be able to sustain walking for a lengthy period. Experience is a plus but not required. Sales Representative

Turfgator LLC, is a locally owned and operated company located out of Lebanon, IL. We are currently seeking persuasive, personable, and strong-willed sales representatives. Primary duties include:

Cold calling potential customers
Following up with current and previous customers
Performing personal Lawn Quality Analysis
Providing excellent customer service while being able to multi-task

The ideal candidate requires proper phone etiquette as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts. We offer a weekly salary, plus commission, and a benefits package. Experience is a plus but not required.
