Lawn Care Technician
Turfgator LLC, is a locally owned and operated company located out of Lebanon, IL. We are seeking full-time lawn care technicians. Primary duties include performing fertilizer and weed control applications to residential and commercial grade lawns, estimates and/or evaluations along with other general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will need to have a genuine appreciation for a beautiful lawn, excellent people skills, self-motivated and be able to work in all weather conditions. Candidate will also need to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be able to sustain walking for a lengthy period of time. Experience is a plus, but not required. We are offering a $500.00 sign-on bonus as well as competitive salaries, paid vacation, paid holidays, weekly bonus and health insurance.
Sales Representative
Turfgator LLC, is a locally owned and operated company located out of Lebanon, IL. We are currently seeking persuasive, personable, and strong-willed sales representatives. Primary duties include:
- Cold calling potential customers
- Following-up with current and previous customers
- Performing personal Lawn Quality Analysis
- Providing excellent customer service while being able to multi-task
The ideal candidate requires proper phone etiquette as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts. We offer a weekly salary, plus commission, and a benefits package. Experience is a plus, but not required.
